Toxic environment, over worked under appreciated and no work life balance - Clinical Study Coordinator MD Anderson Cancer Center Employee Review

I have worked at ICT department of MDANDERSON, its very overwhelming stressful and badly managed , if you are good you will be given more work and there is no life work balance. Few Manager are very rude, mean and verbally abusive taking a mental troll on you. People have to quit job even without another job being lined up. Most doctors force you to enroll in the study despite of no known benefits of the study drug it’s all about money chasing from poor cancer patients , very unethical and highly unfulfilled job
