Toxic environment, too much micromanagement. Too much favoritism and nepotism. Finding opportunities to grow are impossible unless you have "friends". Salary employees have excessive preferred treatment. Hourly employees are punished constantly, if you are sick and miss work they give you a point, and another point means "write up". In other words you don't have the right to get sick unless you are on salary.
