There are no pros that I am aware of yet

Cons

Company recently won a contract and immediately after telling people there would be no layoffs, laid numerous people off stating there were no positions for those peope to fill. Not less than a week later, they immediately start hiring new personnel for the jobs that were no longer available a few days earlier. Also, the stipend they offer for insurance that is supposed to cover the insurance does not and you will have to pay even more money out of pocket after being forced into a 401k

They hire humans instead of robots for now.

Cons

The leaders cannot comprehend that fire stations do not turn a profit and rely on other funds. The HR Manager shows up to meetings from the gym and hides employment information. This is a company that looks to get rich off firefighters, that tells you all you need to know.
