Cons

High turnover rate. MES management only cares about winning the government contract. Once hired, you are left to perform a job for which they don't provide training or instruction.

They hire humans instead of robots for now.

Cons

The leaders cannot comprehend that fire stations do not turn a profit and rely on other funds. The HR Manager shows up to meetings from the gym and hides employment information. This is a company that looks to get rich off firefighters, that tells you all you need to know.
