The director is amazing, easy to work with, flexible, and understanding of work/life balance. She is a military spouse so she understands the lifestyle that comes with the military.

Cons

Having to work late, but honestly with such a great staff it really isn't even a bad thing because when you love who you work for and with, you don't mind working late!

They hire humans instead of robots for now.

Cons

The leaders cannot comprehend that fire stations do not turn a profit and rely on other funds. The HR Manager shows up to meetings from the gym and hides employment information. This is a company that looks to get rich off firefighters, that tells you all you need to know.
