      Pros

      The management team is moving the company forward. The change and momentum is tangible. It is very exciting. The work is challenging and there is plenty to do to keep me busy everyday. There is also room for growth with new positions posted each week.

      Cons

      You have to like change and must be willing to work hard.

      Don't really have any cons if I had to come up with one it would be routing of jobs is sometimes not ideal

      Pros

      The plant is close to my home.

      Cons

      Disorganized management. Upper management focused on compensation for themselves. Hiring supervisors with no experience or knowledge about the field over internal applicants with experience and knowledge to save money on salary. Driver facing cameras in all of the delivery trucks. Difficulty with following through with promised compensation/position changes.
