Pros
Progressive commission structure, decent benefits package.
Cons
HRs default answer is "that isn't my job." It took 3 months to get paid for vacation. They cut the benefits package, downsize your co-workers, cut your commission without telling you first, tell you they are doing all of this because it "falls in line with industry trends" then tell you you won't make the same money anywhere else. Treat you like the jerk of the world if you take an off the clock out of store lunch once every few weeks.
