Pros

Weekly pay, free fountain drinks.

Cons

Long hours, will make you close and then open, will work you 60+ hours but you are considered a "part time" employee, no benefits unless you are a store manager, you can never get answers from upper management, left to work alone even during peak times, no compassion to the employees.

Pros

The plant is close to my home.

Cons

Disorganized management. Upper management focused on compensation for themselves. Hiring supervisors with no experience or knowledge about the field over internal applicants with experience and knowledge to save money on salary. Driver facing cameras in all of the delivery trucks. Difficulty with following through with promised compensation/position changes.
