Pros
It's a small, stable company that is currently experiencing growth. It has agricultural roots in the cooperative, but the company is much more. The company does a relatively good job at being a good corporate citizen. The employees make the company. There are some really great people out there taking care of the company's customers.
Cons
Communication throughout the company is a challenge. Compensation is low to middle of the road for many postions within the company. Promotions are a challenge in such a relatively small atmosphere.
