      You get paid every week and the job isn't super demanding

      Cons

      Management is horrible, they are unwilling to work with you on your schedule, they don't care about their employees. You also don't get breaks and they don't have a space for you to eat

      Good job overall really enjoy working at mfa oil

      Don't really have any cons if I had to come up with one it would be routing of jobs is sometimes not ideal

      Pros

      The plant is close to my home.

      Cons

      Disorganized management. Upper management focused on compensation for themselves. Hiring supervisors with no experience or knowledge about the field over internal applicants with experience and knowledge to save money on salary. Driver facing cameras in all of the delivery trucks. Difficulty with following through with promised compensation/position changes.
