      Pros

      Awesome teams from ground level to the very top. Everyone works well together and is genuine in helping each other succeed. Very focused on customer service and relations.

      Cons

      Not at the upper end of the pay scale vs area markets. I would place them mid to lower end of pay scale. Insurance isn't great but not the worst I have seen, again mid to lower range on the scale of insurance. Other than these things I really cant see any cons as far as company operations and benefits.

      Good job overall really enjoy working at mfa oil

      Don't really have any cons if I had to come up with one it would be routing of jobs is sometimes not ideal

      Pros

      The plant is close to my home.

      Cons

      Disorganized management. Upper management focused on compensation for themselves. Hiring supervisors with no experience or knowledge about the field over internal applicants with experience and knowledge to save money on salary. Driver facing cameras in all of the delivery trucks. Difficulty with following through with promised compensation/position changes.
