      Pros

      You support Mid-American Farming when you work with MFA Oil. There are multiple different areas to grow, learn and promote within the Company. It is also a company that believes in giving back to the rural communities.

      Cons

      It is a COOP so the pay isn't going to be the highest in the area but while the pay isn't at the top, the knowledge that your job will always be there tomorrow is a great trade off. What good is a high paying position that is gone when the economy dips?

      Good job overall really enjoy working at mfa oil

      Don't really have any cons if I had to come up with one it would be routing of jobs is sometimes not ideal

      Pros

      The plant is close to my home.

      Cons

      Disorganized management. Upper management focused on compensation for themselves. Hiring supervisors with no experience or knowledge about the field over internal applicants with experience and knowledge to save money on salary. Driver facing cameras in all of the delivery trucks. Difficulty with following through with promised compensation/position changes.
