      Pros

      Flat company which is you able to design your career. This company is the land of opportunity it is a good start especially if you are looking for the first workplace

      Cons

      Many BU do the same solution, this affect to internal process sometime its confuse.

      Pros

      Nice society, a lot of things to learn, good additional pay (OT, standby for service, etc.), everybody is glad to help you in your job.

      Cons

      Too much focused on the company's revenue that took too much pressure to the employee whom doesn't involved about it.
