Pros

Working for MG Properties has been an overwhelmingly amazing experience. Their training programs are thorough, fun, creative, and most importantly - effectively insightful! Having worked for some major top hotel brands, I have been through some great training programs but I would say MG's tops the cake. They provide on-site new hire training, mentor sessions, online education, off-site new hire training, and interactive follow-up training (leadership, software etc.). It feels good to work for a company that fully equips you with the knowledge and skills to do your job and then rewards you for doing it! In addition to the training, MG has created a comprehensive set of Policies & Procedures, something lacking in many other companies. If you have a question about something - it's probably in their easy to read P&P's. Lastly, from what I hear getting hired can be pretty challenging. This makes sense considering everyone I have met is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you get hired, you will be among the best in property management.
