MG has always been a very caring company, from Community Managers all the ways up to the CEO. Offers 401k, health, dental and vision insurance. PTO begins accruing your very first day and there's no waiting period to use it. Rental discounts for employees. Extremely responsive HR Deptartment that really cares about employees.
Cons
Rapid growth causing delays in response from corporate, whether it's IT, software support, or Risk Management, in an emergency, there's delays of hours or more at times. High turnover due to underpaying employees in current market. Rents have raised 20% or more in the last 2 years, yet I only got a 4% annual raise. Introduction of new institutional investors has really complicated my job, I not only answer to MG but also to the new majority owners. Both have their own separate software programs, I use 16 different software programs on a daily basis! Every time a software is updated, it becomes more complicated. Insurance is horrible!!! $6250 deductible, I might as well have Obamacare.
