      Pros

      Rent discounts but the free ones are always taken

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, understaffed, phone constantly rings and there’s not enough people to answer and I’m not even being dramatic when I say when I laid my head down at night I heard that phone ringing. It haunted me, never stopped. Expected to the impossible at a very poor rate.
