Pros

The support from the Corporate office teams and sister communities is always so positive. If someone cannot assist they go above and beyond to find out who can and make sure you always feel as a part of a team. The care for the associates is obvious, and the amount of promotions from within the company outstanding!!

Cons

I have not yet found any and am sure that I will not.
