Great Company! - Maintenance Supervisor MG Properties Employee Review

Family feel, very structured, a lot of support. Company is growing rapidly and looks to develop and promote from within. Owns the properties managed (not fee managed). Senior management team are very approachable and act like regular, normal people. They are also very smart and approach the industry differently than most companies which is part of what makes MG so unique and successful. They're always looking for ways to better the company and its employees. With 2023 recession looming, they plan to still find ways to continue raises, promotions, and bonuses while other companies might probably be tightening their belts. Recognition and appreciation is important to the company. The company does it's best to promote healthy work/life balances and mental health for employees.
