Pros
Fact: MGAC is a special place to work. I tell anyone who will listen that I feel extremely honored to work here alongside the top construction minds in the built industry. The president, in addition to being one of the most intelligent people I have ever met, is a kind and caring man with extremely high moral and ethical standards. He is also very approachable, and makes himself available to all employees. His door is always open. The most impressive thing about MGAC is its collection of highly intelligent individuals working on complex and historically significant projects for important clients. In addition, everyone is treated like an adult. From what I can tell, the people who take advantage of this freedom are typically the ones who also complain.
Cons
As with most companies looking to grow, there are organizational issues. MGAC is not excluded from this. However, understanding that it takes time to make and implement change mitigates any short term concerns I have about the future of this company.
