Good team work, healthy relationship with coworkers. Remote work. Yearly bonus

Cons

They give you 3 weeks vacation when you start, even if you have previous experiences. It takes 10 years in house to increase to 4 weeks. You're not paid to be on call, only paid by working hours.

- Flexible Schedule (some times) - Moderate Pay scale

Cons

- Understaffed - Will assign tasks beyond the scope of your expertise with no training or guidance, and then chastise you for not meeting man hour requirements for the tasks.
