Favoritism plays a huge role. Very low pay. Entry level credit union. My advice is to try to stay a year and go to any other financial institution for better pay and culture. They will post jobs that have already been filled by the people they like and your application for said job would be a waste of time. Examples include anything back of house for loans or any IT position. Truly a game of brown nosing. Upper management is a joke and keeps bad people on because they're friends. If you want to relive high school, please apply.
