Pay out if you reached your goals, great work culture, they do alot to show appreciation to their employees...
Cons
I went fulltime an transferred to a different department. I asked if there could be some type of work around school if needed be and they said there was no way, make it work. There was a vacation I had already had planned and paid for, I notified them as soon as I was transferred and they did not want to honor it even if I had the days taken out before transferring.
