A laid back work environment with independence to write one's own agenda in years when budgets were relatively flush or stable. Good benefits package.
Cons
Upper management had difficulty sharing decision-making with stakeholder employees. Transparency seemed to be an issue which led to some employee confusion and an unfocused work environment.
