Pros
Learned a lot of things, from customer communication to general system designs and to MIT technological environment and people here are super nice and always ready to help each other.
Cons
I feel that there can be a better communication between help center and other department since a lot of the tickets we get needs help from another department. Also it will be great if they can have topic based training sessions like a topic on Atlas (general/frequent questions and solutions to them)
