Furthermore, this individual regularly engages in inappropriate, flirtatious conduct with visiting sponsors, which compromises our professional reputation and causes visible discomfort to external guests. Due to an unprofessional personal relationship with a coworker, the FSO also routinely fails to report to work or leaves early during core operational hours.
