Following the replacement of our previous Facility Security Officer which the whole facility said it should of been the current fso to be let go the current FSO is consistently absent, leaving the site without necessary security oversight. Furthermore, this individual regularly engages in inappropriate, flirtatious conduct with visiting sponsors, which compromises our professional reputation and causes visible discomfort to external guests. Due to an unprofessional personal relationship with a coworker, the FSO also routinely fails to report to work or leaves early during core operational hours.
