Pros
Attractive benefits such as the pension plan, paid time off, tuition reimbursement; you will get adequate training before going on your own.
Cons
Despite generous tuition assistant program, you won't have time to go to school because there is NO work life balance. Your case load just keeps getting heavier and heavier because there is such a high staff turnover. Work done when documented requires needless duplication...usually to facilitate ease of information access for middle management...resulting in wasted time which contributes to fatigue and burn-out.
