      I am sorry you had a difficult time with the workload while at MJHS. As RN's we are exempt from overtime but I would have hoped that leadership would have assisted in manageing your caseload.       Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
