Too many managers with too little to do. Questionable ethics: outside contracts given via nepotism or some other personal reason. Too many meeting for management that result in nothing. Lifers there who will willingly stab newcomers in the back to keep their cushy positions. Lower-tiered employees bullied and unappreciated. Acquired properties/employees treated like red-headed stepchildren.
