Not really a con, but because we did recently move into a new office and the company is growing, I believe we are short staffed.

Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
