      Confusion with who is manager/multiple managers. Not enough training. No clear direction on completion of orientation . Jobs posted on the website are completely changed when speaking with hiring manager. Favoritism/racism. No job security. Hires for part-time positions and expects full-time work.

      Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
