      Pros

      The health care benefits are the best part of the job. There is ample time off and opportunities for CEUs for licensure.

      Cons

      Management does not value employees, caseloads are a recipe for burnout, employees are minimized by leadership, poor managerial support & devaluation of disciplines that are not related to nursing. Patients are not treated equally.

      Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
