      - Favoritism, incompetent management, says we are a family but code word for enabling toxicity and gaslighting. - Sadly, favoritism still plays a factor in job security and career trajectory. - Unfair work concentration in the team

      Good benefits. Very nice office setup and views.

      Cons

      Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
