Pros
Stability was the only reason why I stayed and great full package benefits.
Cons
No opportunity to grow or get promoted! Yearly raises were cheap and boost medical insurance every year after a raise.. Breaks even again.. So it's like you're not getting a raise. Co workers really suck! Alot of gossip and nosy people. Management, group leaders, and supervisors all kiss butt one another and they do favoritism, so be prepared for retaliation when you go against them.
