Great team of senior devs that are willing to mentor. Company does lots of promotion from within.

Cons

Lower pay than market average. Lots of atrophy within engineering team due to less than competitive pay bumps.

Pros

Good experience with my boss and management, lots of freedom in managing daily tasks and responsibilities, and various opportunities for skill growth and problem solving. Helpful HR team, excellent benefits, and excellent coworkers.

Cons

IT Service Desk did not provide access to me for critical programs for several weeks. Since MKS is a matrix organization, certain functions and responsibilities spill into different departments. Other departments may have other issues.
