Pros

Well set up company which truly runs well and looks after people. They ensure the workload is manageable for everyone. Everything is set up in a way you're able to do your job well. It's easy to work here in comparison to other places I've worked

Cons

Work can feel siloed, which is expected in a large company. There's a lot of repetition and replication involved in the delivery although some people might enjoy that. Despite requiring 2 days a week in the office, some directors are remote, which feels unfair and impacts on how much in person learning happens whilst in the office

Pros

Ability to work remotely is about the only one that I can think of.

Cons

Where do I begin? MMR is a terrible place to work. To start, upper management creates shoddy research products/capabilities and just expects you to figure out how to use them. They sell these solutions to clients before they’ve been thoroughly tested, even when they don’t make sense for what the client needs and then you, as an employee who has to actually do the work, gets stuck trying to make these awful products work. Worst of all, voicing the challenges is not welcome. They just want you to drink their poorly mixed and bad flavored kool-aid, put your head down, and get on board. They micromanage, telling you not only what to do but how to do it. And finally, they truly do not care about you as a human being. I had to deal with a serious medical issue and they basically punished me for it. Just heartless. They also missed their financial goals every single month I was there. Steer clear.
