Pros
Nice co-workers and good location
Cons
Low pay & no overtime (no room for negotiation, you start at $47,000), long hours, no room for growth or clear path, vague feedback, constant micro-managing, inexperienced managers & overall management, does not encourage creativity. HR is a joke!! Another employee hit me in the middle of the workplace in front of other co-workers and he still works there (basically got a slap on the wrist). Their policy is "3 strikes then you're out" regardless of infraction. In the age of #MeToo and fostering healthy, diverse work environments, this place is way behind. HR and Senior Management did nothing to make the situation better and routinely made me feel like I was in the wrong. After the event, I was isolated, had no support and definitely felt like it affected my career. The utter lack of respect for female employees speak volumes, I would avoid this toxic place at all costs.
