Pros
Not many, to be honest.
Cons
Leadership was non-existent, communication was difficult and sporadic, goals were not shared, truly the most dysfunctional work environment I've been a part of. Project pricing was a joke - work that would have cost a client $200k at my previous job was charged at $40k. They did not understand what they were doing when it comes to qual research, and it showed. Very few internal resources were available, meaning every project had to start from scratch. Co-workers spent more time complaining about the corporate culture than on-boarding or explaining how things are done. Was told I needed to do things "the MMR way" without anybody ever clearly explaining what that actually meant, despite my asking multiple times.
