Cons
Pretty much a dog and pony show of equipment. Management over promises and under delivers. The leadership plays favorites and will let some people get away with certain things like not completing charts in time and then will hang others out to dry. The leadership turnover is crazy, you never know who to talk to if there is a problem. Their used to be people in Cleveland that you could get in touch with, but now you have to call Nebraska and hope for a call back. The mechanics work on the floor and complain about not having the right tools to do their jobs. The insurance is terrible, they tell you that they contribute to the plan, but they don't, so the money and high deductible is left to you. I'll say that again, the company does not contribute to your insurance, not one penny. I wouldn't trust the good ratings on here because they literally give people gift cards or other things to write a good review for them, I know because one of their head guys from Nebraska asked me and several others to do so.
