Pros
+ The compensation is fair. + Full-time employees have a good variety of benefits to suit their needs. + PTO is accrued as you work, so if you pick up overtime, you'll accrue even more PTO.
Cons
- Crew members hate dispatch and will sometimes actively work against you. - No shift differential for dispatchers. - Angry crew members will curse at you if they're upset for any reason, even if you are not at fault, or RNs and SWs will yell at you if the crews are delayed/late.
