      Pros

      Decent pay for remote work in medical field. Work in your pjs.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from an unept group of managers. Some new to the role and others who just don't care. Don't even think of challenging an idea of theirs! (They are not wrong.) Terrible place for those who want to move up or like to problem solve. Just do the bare minimum and do not challenge the management and you'll be fine. Scheduling department is run like a call center. Importance is on quick calls and #of calls, not on efficiency or "caring for the patient".

      Reasonable benefits and room for growth down the line.

      Cons

      Very corporate which at first they don’t lead you onto during orientation. Strict with clock in and lunch break policies as well. Definitely another healthcare provider that will squeeze in as many patients as possible so they can make $$
