MNJ is evolving into a company that is challenging the way they have done business in the past. From a sales stand point they are giving sales reps tons of tools and opportunities. They are focused on employee satisfaction and making MNJ a great place to work.

MNJ is an amazing company but also can’t support employees not putting in effort or doing their job. This is a great company for those that will actually put in effort into working.

Cons

The only con is some employees that have been flying under the radar for because they have tenure.
