Pros
Employees are given opportunities to run with the ball. Company has a unique technology niche w/in the construction industry. Leadership is generally open and honest with employees. Majority of workers are committed to their clients and have a high work ethic.
Cons
High employee turnover. Project teams shuffle staff in and out so team continuity suffers. Company pursues work in some areas they are unqualified for. Upper management is well intentioned but stumbles on their execution. Internal quality program and training is erratic.
