Pros
1. The variaty of projects - it is never boring. 2. Most of the projects are very high profile Federal construction projects. 3. The acceptance and use of technology in the construction and facility arena. 4. Co-workers are dedicated to doing a good job for the clients. 5. Quarterly all-hands meetings are very informative about the company's status, pursuits and opperations.
Cons
Not necessarily a downside, but a challenge - because of of the company size of less than 100 persons, it can be difficult sometimes to find the appropriate resources.
