Pros
Very supportive management in giving you the tools to complete your assignment for clients. Direct supervisors are communicative and hands-on without being micro-managers. Company supports the employee to further education and certifications that are necessary to keep up with client requirements.
Cons
Unstable and unreliable work continuity. You must be billable to a client which is understandable. The company does not have deep financial pockets to weather economic slowdowns as most clients are agencies within local, state, and the federal government. Management is slow to react to employee requests for software/hardware needs to perform their job.
