      Pros

      Good projects that look good on your resume. I met my current employer through my work at MOCA. There are some really talented people propping up the fat at the top.

      Cons

      Management cares about the bottom line, and crushing your soul. I mean they really really do care. it's all about the bottom line, (and crushing your soul). For the most part I can only reiterate and agree with everything that has already been said in other reviews. You really don't want to leave a job your even remotely happy with to go here. Chances are you will regret it.

      Pros

      Sandy is an extremely approachable leader who really cares about her team. Leadership as a whole prioritizes taking care of people who are doing great work. Many MSI team members have been on the team for 20+ years.

      Cons

      The work is fast paced and can be stressful.
