CEO seems to believe that he knows all things about all subjects, and openly questions the knowledge of those who are acknowledged experts in their fields and industries. 4. Accounting practices aggressively inhibit business development activities and are generally used to punish regional managers for not meeting unrealistic goals. 5. Turnover of management and staff is extremely high and rapid. 6. Working conditions are extremely stressful on all employees, and many current employees are looking for some way out so they can have a reasonable balance of their personal and professional lives.
