Pros

Great people work there and the relationship you will build will last a life time.

Cons

The Support Center is well below market average when it comes to pay. You will be working a corporate career and barely have enough to pay your bills. You will be severely underpaid and overworked. The company is cheap when it comes to paying their support center. I was making around 13$ When according to Glassdoor, market average in Seattle and surrounding areas was 18-23$/hour. The company preaches personal and professional growth. They will allow you to interview for a position, that would allow you to grow professionally. This is a complete lie unless you know someone personally. Which seems to be the only way you can move up. The Benefits package is very basic. They will tell you, you are paid so low because they are giving you health care 100%. Almost all companies and support center/corporate office will offer you health care 100% plus more. Health care, dental and vision 100% -two weeks PTO -1-week sick time

Pros

Fun place to work, fast paced environment, often pleasant coworkers, flexible schedule, decent tips, great location.

Cons

Original family that started the chain had to sell (2004). The corporation that bought it seems to be trying to run it into the ground. Took away benefits and perks from employees, swapped out higher quality products for cheap, low quality products, and to cut their own costs down, won't allow enough team members to work a shift, leaving us short handed and overworked. Customers paid the price by having excessive wait times for their food and frequently walked out. It was embarrassing! Our store didn't have a manager for a full year, which only added fuel to the fire. What started out as one of my favorite jobs of all time turned into nothing less than a nightmare.
