There are cons with all employers, however Modlogiq is on the front line of innovation which can cause growing pains
Had the potential for growth with a good idea in mind.

Age based pay discrimination (was doing the same amount of work for far less)
Constant change in management
CFOs were the main cause for the "layoffs"
(If you didnt fit into their agenda you were pushed aside)
Spending was lavish while their eyes for contracts were larger than their stomach of a workforce.
The layoffs were 100% avoidable, any and all points to save money were ignored however.
Culture was based around drama and snitching mentality.
