Pros

Certain people are great to work with - most are not.

Cons

Too many to name, they do not know what they’re doing here or how to run a business. Employees are left jobless with 0 notice. The culture is beyond toxic and people are hired based on friendship instead of experience. RUN away do not work here.

Pros

Had the potential for growth with a good idea in mind.

Cons

Age based pay discrimination (was doing the same amount of work for far less) Constant change in management CFOs were the main cause for the "layoffs" (If you didnt fit into their agenda you were pushed aside) Spending was lavish while their eyes for contracts were larger than their stomach of a workforce. The layoffs were 100% avoidable, any and all points to save money were ignored however. Culture was based around drama and snitching mentality.
